Who we are
ECHO for Logistics is a brand of BATS Wireless ("we," "us"). This policy covers the website at echoforlogistics.com. Questions? Email hello@echoforlogistics.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you actively submit. When you fill out the contact form, that's:
- Your name and work email (required, so we can reply)
- Company / operation and what you operate (optional context)
- Your message — whatever you choose to write
We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or marketing cookies on this site. We do not buy or append data about you from outside sources.
How we use it
We use what you send for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and have a conversation about whether ECHO is a fit for your operation. Concretely, that means we may:
- Reply to you by email
- Keep your message and contact details on file so we can follow up
- Understand, in aggregate, what kinds of operations are interested
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Service providers
Submitting the form involves a few services that process the data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — an anti-bot check on the form. It helps confirm you're a person, not a script. See Cloudflare's privacy practices for how the widget works.
- Our intake/automation pipeline — form submissions are passed through our own infrastructure into a workflow tool (Activepieces) that routes the inquiry to our team. The data stays within systems we operate or directly control.
These providers process your information only to deliver the function described and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Cookies & local storage
This site sets no first-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own technical cookie to perform the bot check; that's functional, not advertising. The site does not store analytics or profiling data in your browser.
Data retention
We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to follow up and maintain a record of our correspondence. If you'd like us to delete your information, email hello@echoforlogistics.com and we'll remove it.
Your choices
- You can decline to use the form and email us directly instead.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent.
- If we ever email you and you'd rather we didn't, just say so and we'll stop.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
